1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

• Identity: your name and surname.
• Contact: your phone number and email address.
• Customer transaction: the project, block and apartment number you are interested in, the request type, your message and any photo or document you attach.
• Job application: the area you apply for and the information in your CV (see section 8).
• Transaction security: technical records such as IP address and browser information kept by our hosting provider when you access the site.

3. Purposes of processing

• To respond to your information, call-back, support and application requests;
• To provide pre-sales information and carry out sales and after-sales processes;
• To evaluate job applications;
• To fulfil our legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities;
• To keep the website and our information systems secure.

4. Legal grounds and method of collection

Your personal data are collected partly by automated means when you fill in the forms on the website, call us or email us. They are processed on the following grounds in Article 5(2) KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation of the controller (ç) and our legitimate interest, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).

The “I have read” box in the forms confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a declaration of explicit consent. We do not send commercial electronic messages (campaigns, newsletters).

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above and as necessary, with: hosting, email and IT service providers we use to run our business; legally competent public authorities; and, where needed, our legal and financial advisers.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure and form messages are delivered through an email service provider; their servers may be located abroad. Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 KVKK.

6. Retention period

Your personal data are kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the retention and limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; afterwards they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data are processed and, if so, request information about it;
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used accordingly;
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data are transferred;
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK;
• Request that corrections, deletions or destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data were transferred;
• Object to a result to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis;
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Applications

You can submit your requests in writing, with information that identifies you, to Yeşilova Mah. İklim Sk. No: 9, İzmit / Kocaeli or to [email protected], in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.

8. For job applicants

The CV and application information you send through the careers form or by email (identity, contact, education, work experience and any other information in your CV) are processed to evaluate your application and contact you. The legal grounds are being directly related to the conclusion of a contract (Art. 5(2)(c) KVKK) and our legitimate interest (Art. 5(2)(f)).

Please do not include special categories of personal data such as health information, religion or association membership in your CV. Application information is kept for as long as needed for the evaluation and then deleted or destroyed. You can exercise your rights through the application procedure above.
