Where is UMF Residence?
In Uzunçiftlik, Kartepe, on the Adapazarı–İzmit road (D-100), opposite Özdilek shopping mall and Mercedes Mengerler. Our sales office is next to the project, on Sandal Street.
DetailsWhat apartment types does UMF Residence offer?
On the ground floor, 20 1+1 lofts with private gardens (gross 80 m², net 68 m²). On the upper floors, 81 rear-facing 1+1 apartments (gross 61.5 m², net 45 m², with balcony) and 54 front-facing 1+1 apartments overlooking the D-100 (gross 55 m², net 40 m²). There are also 12 commercial units.

The shell is complete and the facade and finishing works are under way. Please call our sales office for the current handover schedule.
DetailsHow can I see when each apartment gets the sun?
In the 3D scene on the home page, choose a day and time and tap an apartment. The building sits in its real orientation facing the D-100, the sun is computed for Kartepe and the apartment's sunny hours appear on the day strip.

Prices and payment plans vary by apartment and over time, so they are not published on the website. Call our sales office or leave your number and we will send you the latest information.
DetailsCan I visit the sales office?
Of course. Our sales office is on Sandal Street, Uzunçiftlik, Kartepe, on the D-100. We recommend calling 444 71 96 before you come.
